Constructing an architectural model by hand; reimagining the exhibit design of Wangechi Mutu’s Forbidden Fruit Picker, 2015

For my master’s degree in Experience Design from DePaul (2020), I conducted a spatial design project that analyzed an existing exhibit. I developed a dynamic 3D mockup using wood to enhance the viewer's experience, applying principles of spatial design and wayfinding. This hands-on project involved creating precise files for the design and successfully operating a CNC machine to cut thin plywood accurately.
