Actualizing the first Vegan Museum in the world
The Vegan Museum (formerly the National Vegetarian Museum) is a nonprofit traveling exhibition that documents the history of the veganism and vegetarianism in the United States. Designed with deep consideration for ease of portability + user interaction, the exhibit consists of three sets of four collapsable panels that guide the viewer through interactive pieces of information about vegan history, across time and culture. The three-dimensional details that span the panels were also designed to be removable yet safely secure when the exhibit is on display. The museum first went on exhibit in February 2017 and continues to tour different locations in and around Chicago today.
